Extreme Sports such as Surfing, BMX, Skateboarding, Rock and Mountain Climbing, Snowboarding, Motocross (etc.) has grabbed a great amount of attention from the wider sporting public over the last few years, in almost all countries. Snowboarding resorts have grown much more populated during the snowy months, the ocean has become more filled with surfers, and the skateparks have more bikers and skateboarders.
The intense physical and often times mental challenges such as speed, height, depth and other obstacles faced while performing these sports keeps the events exciting and keeps the audience and performers entertained. Extreme sporters often times have had many years of experience of participating in their specific sport, and start there sport has a hobby/craft and usually do not start off with a coach teaching them certain techniques. Extreme sports are great activities, often known to boost self-confidence and a person bravery keeps performers in good shape. These sports draw the attention of those people who are always looking for excitement, and that is okay with the risks associated with the extreme sports that aren’t an issue with other sports, it is important to take note of both the advantages and disadvantages of performing in these such sports, before you decide to join.
